All claims against client dismissed
February 27th 2008Client was sued by townhome association for violation of association covenants. Successfully defended case, causing association to dismiss all claims against client.
Client was sued in personal injury action after individual who purchased his car was in an accident, which caused alleged injury to Plaintiff, just hours after sale of the vehicle and before title was registered with Department of Motor Vehicles. We successfully obtained dismissal of the case against our client in summary judgment motion.
